A CONNECTED CREATIVE DESK

Less tool juggling.
More room to create.

Game Forge is being developed as a Windows workspace that helps creators organize asset production across their own creative tools. Features below describe the current direction and prototype progress—not a finished commercial release.

01 / CREATIVE DESK

Start with a brief.

Turn rough ideas into planning drafts and reviewable steps before production work begins. Give each idea a clear creative direction.

Planning flow in founder QA
02 / 3D PIPELINE

Shape the next asset.

Explore connected 3D generation and asset-preparation workflows. Model availability and actual generation depend on installed, compatible tools.

Pipeline integration in progress
03 / MOTION

Make characters move.

Research prototypes cover BVH motion retargeting, GLB export and Godot import. Production-grade animation automation remains under development.

Research and proof-of-concept
04 / AI ASSISTANTS

Ask, review, approve.

Connected-assistant prototypes can request planning drafts and non-executing job records, with local approval and private status readback.

Limited owner-approved actions
05 / LOCAL TOOLS

Work with your setup.

Explore local backend and GPU/model status checks alongside ComfyUI-oriented workflows. Some integrations require separate installations and licenses.

Your hardware and tooling matter
06 / HANDOFF

Build for your game.

We're shaping practical paths toward reusable assets and engine import. Planned end-to-end execution must pass further reliability and permission testing.

Toward game-ready workflows

THE LONG-TERM WORKFLOW

One idea. A connected path.

Imagine telling an AI assistant what you're creating, then checking each meaningful decision as specialized tools work together. That's the experience we're building toward—not a claim that the full pipeline is available today.

Directional workflow · Steps remain subject to testing and owner approval
  1. 01

    Describe

Write a creative brief and define what the asset should do in your game.

  2. 02

    Plan

Turn the brief into clear, reviewable work with the right backend for the task.

  3. 03

    Review

Inspect what the assistant wants to do before any consequential action is permitted.

  4. 04

    Create & integrate

Our goal is reliable export and use in game engines, with results you can inspect.

OWN YOUR TOOLS

A workspace that respects the maker.

We're designing Game Forge for creators who want to build on their own PCs, choose their tools, and keep people in control of important actions. Buy-to-own is our intended direction; pricing and license terms are not announced yet.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before the first build?

Can I download Game Forge today?

Not yet. Game Forge is in private development and founder QA. The Windows installers used during testing aren't a public product release.

Will it generate assets automatically from a chat?

Full conversational generation is the goal. Current prototypes support limited planning and non-executing job actions through owner-approved assistant requests. Production GPU work and project-file edits are not enabled through those requests yet.

Does it work with ComfyUI, Blender and Godot?

Those tools are part of the research and integration roadmap. Some proof-of-concept operations have been tested, but end-to-end compatibility, tool versions, required hardware and production workflows are still being validated.

Will I own it?

HashMo Interactive favors software people can own rather than subscriptions. We're planning a buy-to-own approach for Game Forge, but pricing and final license details haven't been announced.
