Show us how your team works. We’ll build the system that helps it work better.
HashMo designs and builds secure AI work systems around the real roles, workflows, tools, decisions, knowledge, and authorization boundaries of an organization. We remain a product company — this service delivers working systems with a clear finish line, not open-ended consulting.
Built by a small Canadian studio that ships products for a living — OSC Pro, games, and the systems behind them. When we take custom work, it is so your organization gets something real, and so our products stay honest about what teams actually need.

One service. Two doors in.
Same engagement model either way: learn the work, define authority, build something real, hand it off cleanly. Pick the door that matches where you are today.
Door 1 · New teams & organizations
New custom AI work system
You have an operational problem and may not use OSC Pro yet. HashMo studies the workflow, defines human and AI roles, permissions, memory, and integrations, then builds, tests, deploys, and trains your operators.
Workflow discovery and blueprint
Working product against real operating scenarios
Deployment, documentation, and operator training
OSC Pro / AIS as foundation where it fits
Complete systems start at US$8,500(approx. C$12,000) · discovery from US$2,100
Already own OSC Pro? This door is for you. Your lifetime licence covers the platform — it does not include unlimited custom development. We build the specialized capabilities your organization needs on top.
Private connectors and specialized dashboards
Company workflows, roles, and team packs
Approval, compliance, and reporting surfaces
Private deployment and governance extensions
Extensions start at US$2,500(approx. C$3,500) · extension discovery from US$1,100
The first story is HashMo’s own operating history. The remaining examples are clearly labelled capability patterns, not completed client engagements.
Built first for our own studio
Mission desk for a multi-model team
HashMo is the small studio in this story. Our proposals, votes, research, artifacts, approvals, AI roles, and long-running work were scattered across chats and files. We built the Council, OSC Pro, and the systems around them so that work could become durable, inspectable, and operational.
Capability pattern
Private connector + compliance trail
An OSC Pro customer may need internal tools connected without turning the licence into a blank cheque. The pattern combines a private connector, bounded logging, and an approval path matched to how the organization already decides.
Capability pattern
Department workflow with handoff, not a chatbot
A focused team may have a recurring, error-prone process spanning intake, research, draft, and sign-off. The pattern defines human and AI roles, artifact formats, and the points where a person must approve before anything consequential moves.
Starting prices
Prices are listed in US dollars. Canadian-dollar equivalents are approximate and may change with exchange rates. Canadian clients receive their final quote in CAD based on the exchange rate used when the proposal is issued. Taxes and third-party costs (model APIs, hosting, commercial licences) are additional. Final quotes follow discovery and acceptance criteria. OSC Pro seats are billed separately.
We deliver a functioning system with fixed scope and measurable acceptance criteria. Human authority over consequential actions stays intact. Client privacy and ownership stay intact.
Strong fit
A real recurring workflow with operational or financial value
A decision-maker and access to workflow experts
Clear human authority and measurable success
Budget that matches responsible delivery
Work that strengthens honest product knowledge
We decline or defer
General consulting or temporary staffing
Unlimited revisions or blank-cheque retainers
Generic chatbots or content outsourcing
Unauthorized data access or harmful automation
Projects that derail core products without return
How engagements run
Fit call — up to 30 minutes to see if the request belongs here. Not a free architecture workshop.
Paid discovery — current-state and future-state maps, roles, authority, integrations, data handling, risks, exclusions, acceptance criteria, and a fixed-price proposal.
Implementation — build only what was approved. No major feature outside scope without a written change request.
Acceptance — tested against agreed scenarios: permissions, approvals, isolation, failure states, audit where required. A demo alone is not acceptance.
Handoff — working system, deployment instructions, operator docs, known limitations, training, and a final acceptance record. Ongoing work is optional and separately scoped.
Security and ownership
Explicit authority instead of implied permission. Least-privilege tool access. Human approval for consequential actions. Credential separation. Secret redaction. Data isolation. Inspectable decisions. Durable audit trails. Safe failure and emergency disablement. The prompt is not the security boundary — tools, credentials, network, runtime, and approvals must reinforce one another.
You keep your data, credentials, proprietary workflows, business rules, and confidential knowledge. HashMo keeps OSC Pro, AIS, shared frameworks, and general patterns stripped of client information. Rights to bespoke project code are stated in the agreement. Private client operations never become another client’s product.
Relationship to OSC Pro
OSC Pro remains pay once, use for life on one active PC per seat — no subscription. Custom work is quoted separately. Licences appear as their own line item. A custom extension does not automatically join the standard product; reusable patterns may become extensions before they ever become core.
Give us enough context to understand the workflow, authority boundaries, desired outcome, and likely fit. HashMo reviews requests through services@hashmo.dev.
