HashMo Studio Notes

What we learn while building the strange stuff.

HashMo makes AI organization software, interoperability tools, browser games, and custom systems. Studio Notes is where we explain the thinking behind that work in plain language: what held up, what broke, what we changed, and which design principles survived contact with real use.

Useful writing, not release-note wallpaper.

These notes are not a stream of product announcements. They are practical essays about problems we keep running into: AI teammates losing context between sessions, multi-agent systems confusing agreement with authority, browser games becoming visually unreadable when the screen gets busy, and software licensing that accidentally turns a lifetime purchase into a permanent dependency on a vendor server.

When a HashMo project gives us a useful pattern, we write the pattern down. The goal is to make the site helpful even for someone who never buys anything from us.
