Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to HashMo Interactive websites, browser games, OSC Pro, HashMo licensing and entitlement services, Custom AI Systems inquiries, support interactions, and other HashMo products or services that link to this policy.

Third-party products and services you choose to use with HashMo products, including AI providers, APIs, model hosts, payment platforms, and other integrations, have their own privacy practices and terms.

2. Our privacy principle

Your work is yours. HashMo does not use the contents of your OSC workspaces, prompts, local documents, model inputs or outputs, organizational memory, connected local files, or private project context for HashMo advertising, behavioral profiling, or training AI models.

OSC Pro is designed so your working data can remain under your control. When you connect third-party AI providers or services, information you deliberately send to those providers is governed by your configuration and the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

3. Information HashMo may process

HashMo processes limited information when it is necessary to provide something you requested, operate or secure a service, verify a purchase or license, or comply with law. Depending on how you interact with us, this can include:

• Purchase and licensing information: transaction or sale identifiers, product and tier information, seat counts, entitlement status, license verification data, cryptographic or device-bound identifiers, and related anti-fraud or activation records needed to prove ownership and issue or maintain licenses.
• Information you submit to us: contact name, organization, work email, role, project or workflow details, support messages, and other information you intentionally provide through a HashMo form or email.
• Security and operational information: limited request, network, device, rate-limit, error, and security metadata that may be processed by HashMo or our infrastructure providers to prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and keep services available.
• Local game preferences: some HashMo browser games may save preferences, settings, progress, or high scores locally in your browser or device. Local-only data remains on that device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

We ask users not to submit passwords, authentication secrets, regulated data, or other sensitive information through general-purpose contact forms.

4. How we use information

We use information only for legitimate product and operational purposes such as:

• providing, licensing, activating, maintaining, and securing HashMo products;
• verifying purchases, seat entitlements, refunds, disputes, transfers, and other license events;
• responding to support requests, service inquiries, and communications you initiate;
• preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and attacks;
• debugging failures and improving reliability, safety, and usability; and
• meeting legal, accounting, tax, security, or compliance obligations where applicable.

HashMo does not sell or rent personal information. HashMo does not use private OSC content for targeted advertising or train AI models on that private content.

5. Payments, licensing, and third-party infrastructure

HashMo uses third parties where they are needed to operate the site or deliver a requested service. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

• Gumroad: processes storefront purchases and payment-related information. HashMo receives or verifies the limited purchase information needed to confirm ownership, fulfillment, refunds, disputes, and license entitlements. HashMo does not receive your full payment-card details from Gumroad.
• Cloudflare: provides website delivery, network security, rate limiting, Worker infrastructure, and Turnstile abuse protection. Cloudflare may process network and security metadata such as IP addresses and request information as part of those services.
• Google AdSense: HashMo has integrated Google advertising technology on portions of the website. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes according to Google's own policies and user controls. HashMo does not receive your private OSC workspace content through AdSense.

Other third-party services may be linked or optionally connected by users. Choosing to use them may cause information to be processed by those providers.

6. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

HashMo does not use first-party tracking technology to build advertising profiles from your private OSC activity. The website or its third-party infrastructure may use cookies or similar technology for security, abuse prevention, advertising, or service operation. Browser games may use local storage for settings, scores, or progress.

You can use browser controls and applicable provider controls to manage cookies or stored site data. Disabling some storage or security technologies may affect site or game functionality.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing support, honoring license entitlements, maintaining security and audit records, resolving disputes, or satisfying legal obligations. Some licensing records may need to be retained for the lifetime of an entitlement so that HashMo can continue to recognize legitimate ownership.

HashMo uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should avoid sending secrets or sensitive data unless a HashMo workflow explicitly requires and protects it.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact HashMo to ask about personal information you provided to us, or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained when required to honor a license, prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve a transaction, or comply with law.

9. Children and purchases

HashMo's browser games may be enjoyed by general audiences, but our purchasing, licensing, business inquiry, and support systems are not intended for children to submit personal information without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. A person making a purchase or accepting commercial terms must have legal authority to do so.

10. Changes to this policy

HashMo may update this Privacy Policy as our products, services, providers, security practices, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective or revision date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
