Day One Organization Blueprints
Start with a team. Not an empty chat window. These are real, importable OSC Pro Team Packs built against the current schema. Each pack creates standing roles, relay groups, contacts, bounded memory capabilities, and starting budgets. Preview before import, then choose your providers and human authority policy.
Your organization remembers why. Hot Recent work, messages, outcomes, and raw operating evidence.
Warm Governed summaries, decisions, patterns, and current organizational understanding.
Cold Durable milestones, foundational records, and long-horizon history.
Two real Day One Team Packs The ZIPs contain only manifest.json and README.md. They contain no credentials, customer data, plugins, connectors, executable code, or hidden instructions.

What happens after import The pack gives OSC Pro a safe organizational starting structure. It does not silently authorize providers, connectors, spending, publishing, external communication, file mutation, or production deployment.
You choose the intelligence Replace mock providers with models and endpoints you are authorized to use. Add credentials through OSC's supported secret configuration.
You set human authority Review Ask, Auto, and Blocked approval categories before consequential actions are allowed.
You connect real work carefully Configure projects, missions, workspaces, schedules, and only those connectors whose current support status fits your deployment.
You keep the evidence Use missions, artifacts, provenance, approvals, and memory so completion means more than a confident message.
